Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of 10X.ing websites, services, setup work, managed infrastructure, integrations, and related support.

1. Services

10X.ing helps customers deploy, configure, and connect open-source AI models using cloud hosting providers and customer-selected tools. The exact scope of work, pricing, timelines, support level, and deliverables are defined in the written proposal, invoice, order form, or agreement accepted by the customer.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project information, access to required accounts, credentials, infrastructure, billing approvals, and business requirements. You are also responsible for reviewing model outputs, complying with applicable laws, and deciding how the deployed system is used in your business.

3. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers such as hosting platforms, model repositories, APIs, developer tools, and integration services. 10X.ing is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, data practices, or service changes made by third-party providers.

4. Payments

Fees are due according to the agreed payment terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, setup fees are one-time service fees and do not include third-party hosting costs, usage charges, taxes, or other external provider fees. Late or failed payments may delay or suspend service delivery.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services to violate laws, infringe rights, compromise security, send spam, distribute malware, abuse third-party platforms, or generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content. 10X.ing may refuse or suspend work that appears unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.

6. Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, you retain ownership of your business data, credentials, accounts, and customer materials. 10X.ing retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, workflows, templates, methods, know-how, and internal processes.

7. No Guarantee of Model Output

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable outputs. You are responsible for testing, monitoring, and approving production use. 10X.ing does not guarantee that any AI model will produce a specific result, cost reduction, accuracy level, uptime level, or business outcome unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10X.ing is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service failures.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
